The Capital Campaign Team of the Legacy Bridge Project secured the services of Walsh and Associates to conduct a preliminary “Planning Study” to help determine the climate for conducting a Capital Campaign within 1stUMC for the purposes of constructing a new facility on N. Washington Ave.
The planning study also measured the volunteer leadership potential and the financial potential necessary to complete a successful campaign. Here is summary of this Planning Study (PDF - 676k).
February 10th, 2008
An All-Church "Town Hall" Meeting was held to discuss the ongoing process of relocating our ministries to a new facility on our North Washington property.
JPL architects unveiled their proposed plans for our new facility. Click to view the plans.
Also introduced that evening was Walsh and Associates, our Capital Campaign representatives, they outlined the 'next steps' in our process of raising the necessary funds to complete this construction.
